Sick Has a Bad Day & Shaggy Drives Twisted Crazy

So Sick had a particularly rough day yesterday. His passion has always been woodwork. He's had this job that he just LOVES for just over two weeks. The owner informed the crew on Wednesday that there would be three people cut loose by week's end. Apparently, they were cut by day's end. Sick thought he was safe, being the new guy. Turns out, he gets a visit from the owner at day's end yesterday... and is subsequently let go.

Naturally, he reacts in a manner NOT befitting a man of his station and gets tanked. I wind up lassoing his ass and calming him down. When I finally get him home and under control, the phone rings... it's his supervisor. They spent 30 minutes discussing how Sick was ill-treated in spite of his hard work and dedication to the company.

Anyway, Sick is hung-over and happily back at work this morning. I'm going to chew his ass this evening for his behaviour. He's expecting it.

AND... Shaggy got his driver's permit last night! I had the distinct pleasure of being driven home from class... and suffered a minor heart attack along the way. I didn't realize until then that the van doesn't have OS handles. I think I'm going to have some installed. Thankfully, Shaggy must be accompanied by an adult 21+ for the next four months. Other drivers on the road should be grateful!

Introduction

Just thought this might be a more effective way to share information with family and friends. I'd like to post regularly but no guarantees. Anyway, we are Sick & Twisted and the 11 Dwarves. He's Sick, I'm Twisted and the children are the 11 Dwarves. We've given them each a name (which I will share at another time) that is well-suited to each of their particular personalities. For instance, we have Ornery, Pouty and Shaggy. You get the idea.

I'm going to take a few moments to learn the system and see what sort of things this blog is capable of. Until next time...
